HAMBURGER CHOP SUEY 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. chopped onion
1 lb. hamburger

Place in frying pan and cook until meat loses its red color. Add:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1/2 c. minute rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can chop suey vegetables

Mix with the hamburger mixture and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Serve over chow mein noodles and cooked rice.
