GREEN BEAN BAKE 
2 (9 oz. size) pkgs. French cut green beans (frozen kind)
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook beans, drain. In small pan, melt butter; saute onion until tender. Add flour, salt and pepper and mix. Blend in sour cream and heat. Stir into beans. Put all into casserole. Top with shredded cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until well heated through and cheese is melted. Serves 6-8. One of our families favorite recipes.
