STIR FRY CABBAGE 
1 med. head cabbage (chopped)
2 tsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. water

Heat a 5-6 quart pan on burner on medium high to high heat (watch not to burn pan) approximately 1 minute. Remove. Add oil and return to heat. As soon as oil is beginning to smoke, remove from heat and add cabbage. Stir to coat well. Reduce heat to medium. Stir together remaining ingredients and add to cabbage. Cook until done (covered and stirring occasionally, watching not to burn) approximately 15-20 minutes.
