STIR FRY CABBAGE 
1 sm. onion, chopped
A small amount of oil
1 sm. head cabbage, chopped
Sugar

Put small amount of oil in wok, heat until hot. Add chopped onion; stir fry for 5 minutes, then add chopped cabbage. Stir fry for a few minutes, then sprinkle with sugar. Turn on low and simmer in wok for 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Great for New Years with blackeyed peas and cornbread.
