FILLED STRAWBERRY BREAD 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. strawberries, fresh or frozen, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat eggs with sugar. Blend together remaining ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 large loaves.

FILLING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. drained strawberries

Mix and spread on thin slices of bread or slice horizontally and fill with spread.
