CLAMS CASINO DIP 
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 cans minced clams with liquid
1/4 c. cooked chopped spinach
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
American cheese
Romano cheese
Paprika

Saute onion in olive oil. Add bread crumbs and remove from heat. Add clams with liquid, spinach and bacon. Mix well. Spoon 1/2 mixture into ungreased casserole. Add few strips of cheese. Add remaining clam mixture. Cover entire top with American cheese. Sprinkle with Romano cheese and paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until cheese is browned and mixture is starting to bubble. Serve with crackers.
