CRANBERRY SALAD RING 
4 (3 oz.) pkgs. black raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. fresh cranberries, ground
2 oranges, unpeeled, seeded & ground
2 apples, unpeeled, cored & ground
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cold water. Chill until consistency of egg white. Mix together cranberries, oranges, apples, pineapple, sugar and chopped nuts. Add to gelatin mixture. Pour in oiled 10 cup ring mold. Chill until set. Unmold on lettuce leaves. Fill center of ring with mayonnaise and garnish with orange slices.
