SESAME - SPINACH SALAD 
6 c. bite-sized pieces fresh spinach
1 sm. Bermuda onion, sliced thinly & separated into rings
4 radishes, sliced thin
1 med. tomato, cut in thin wedges
2 tsp. sesame seeds
3 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine spinach, onion rings, radishes and tomato wedges in a large salad bowl. Put sesame seeds in small skillet. Heat slowly, shaking skillet constantly, until seeds are toasty golden. Stir in salad oil, vinegar and seasonings. Drizzle hot dressing over spinach mixture. Toss lightly to mix. Serve warm.
