ANN'S HEALTHY SALAD 
Spinach leaves
Green leafy lettuce
Shredded carrot
Green pepper, diced
Sliced mushrooms
Cottage cheese
Alfalfa or salad sprouts
Raw sunflower seeds or toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp. Brewer's yeast

Toss together spinach, lettuce, and other fresh vegetables. In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, sunflower or sesame seeds and Brewer's yeast until creamy but thick. Pour over salad in individual bowls.
