SPINACH AND PEA POD SALAD | |
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. frozen pea pods 5 c. fresh spinach, torn into bite size pieces 2 tbsp. chopped pimento Rinse pods under water until thawed. Cut in half, crosswise. Combine in bowl with spinach and pimento. DRESSING: 3 tbsp. salad oil 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tsp. low-salt soy sauce 1 tsp. honey 1 tbsp. sesame seeds Combine all liquid ingredients in jar. Shake well. Pour over salad. Add sesame seeds. Toss well. Serve immediately. |
