SHIPWRECK CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, strained
6 cubed potatoes
2 carrots, sliced
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. milk

Brown meat and drain. Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
