CHEESE CAKE 
1 graham cracker crust (pre-made)
1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
Lemon juice to taste

Soften cream cheese. Add milk. Blend together. Add lemon juice to taste. Pour into graham cracker shell. Refrigerate until set. Can cover with fruit pie filling if desired (cherry, blueberries, raspberries).
