SPINACH AND CHEESE PIE 
9" unbaked pie crust
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sliced scallions
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/4 c. light cream or milk
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Prick pie crust with fork. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven 8 minutes. Layer half the spinach, Swiss cheese and scallions. Repeat. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over spinach mixture. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 325 degrees, bake until firm, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
