CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 pkg. cornbread mix
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
2-4 ribs celery, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/3 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed
1/3 lb. American cheese, cubed
1 can corn, drained
1 pt. mayonnaise

Bake cornbread as directed on each package; set aside to cool. Then crumble cornbread and mix with remaining ingredients. Keeps well in refrigerator.
