CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix, cook & cool
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. cauliflower, broken in sm. pieces
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Dash Tabasco sauce & some lemon juice

Pour over vegetables and crumbled cornbread and let stand overnight or at least 4-5 hours. You may add cooked ham, bacon or sausage.
