SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/2 bushel tomatoes
2 garlic onions
3 green peppers &
1 hot pepper
3 lb. onions
1 pt. oil
8 sm. cans tomato paste
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 tbsp. oregano

Wash tomatoes and quarter. Cook with garlic together. Then strain; drain water, cut pepper and onions, cook in pint oil for 30 minutes or until soft. Put through strainer. Add this juice to above tomato juice. Then add tomato paste, sugar, salt, basil and oregano. Cook until thick. Put in hot jars.
