SPINACH BALLS | |
2 boxes frozen spinach, cooked, drained, and chopped 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix 4 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. butter, melted 3/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. chopped parsley (optional) 2 lg. onions, chopped 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. black pepper Mix well; form into small balls. Place on a cookie sheet; freeze. After frozen, place in plastic bags in freezer until needed. Bake frozen in a preheated oven, 375 degrees, for 20 minutes. |
