SPINACH & CHEESE QUICHE BALLS | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach, cooked & drained well 4 beaten eggs 3/4 c. melted butter 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herbal stuffing mix 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 sm. onion, chopped fine 1/2 tsp. thyme Dash of garlic salt Mix all ingredients well. Put in refrigerator for several hours. Roll mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. |
