FROZEN CUCUMBER PICKLES 
25 med. cucumbers, sliced very thin
10 onions, sliced very thin
5 lbs. sugar
3 c. white vinegar

Soak cucumbers and onions in lightly salted water for 24 hours. Drain off salt and water - do not rinse. Mix 5 pounds sugar and 3 cups vinegar; bring to a boil. Set aside to cool. Put tossed cucumber and onion mixture in plastic freezer containers or freezer bags and pour cooled vinegar mixture over them; seal and freeze. Thaw in refrigerator.
