GRANOLA - SNACK MIX 
4 c. rolled oats
1 c. coconut
1 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. powdered milk
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. cashew pieces
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. honey
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. carob or chocolate chips
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. banana chips

Mix first 10 ingredients in large bowl. Warm oil, honey and vanilla, and stir into mixture. Bake in large greased pan at 300 degrees for 1/2 hour, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool and add last 3 ingredients.

Ingredients - may omit or change amount.
