FROG - EYE SALAD 
1 pkg. Acini-De-Pepe
1 can chunk pineapple or fruit cocktail, drained (save juice)
1 can crushed pineapple
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (11 oz.) Cool Whip

Cook macaroni and cool. Cook juice from fruits, sugar, cornstarch, eggs and cool. Mix with macaroni and fruit. Let stand overnight. Next day add Cool Whip.

This is so good. Next time I will use 1/2 package of noodles, but it is so great for a crowd.

Just a note- I did make this with half the noodles; I like the creamier, less bumpy texture. Next time, I think I'll add a small jar of marashino cherries for color!

I use cherry juice to color the "eyes" after I cook them. It makes a very pretty dish.
