SUMMER SAUSAGE 
5 lbs. hamburger (lean)
1 c. water
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tbsp. liquid smoke
3 tbsp. Morton's quick tender salt
3 tbsp. coarse pepper

Mix all ingredients together, let stand for 24 hours. Mixing 2 to 3 times during 24 hours. Roll in approximately 6 to 7 rolls. Wrap in aluminum foil. Put on broiler pan. Put in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Take out of foil, lay out on paper towel. Let cool and drain. Wrap in new foil and put in freezer or slice and eat.

P.S. Pour 1 cups water in bottom of broiler pan before baking.
