LEMON GLAZED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (double lemonade for 6 breasts)
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken in shallow pan. Mix lemonade and soy sauce together and pour over chicken.

Bake on top rack of preheated 400°F oven, turning once and basting occasionally.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the chicken is brown and fork-tender.
