SCOTCH EGGS 
1 lb. breakfast sausage
4 med. hard boiled eggs, peeled

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. mace
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. parsley

Cover eggs with sausage and arrange in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Sauce: Mix ingredients as in white sauce. Pour over baked eggs and return to oven for 10 minutes.
