SCOTCH EGGS - GOOSE EGGS 
1 lb. ground pork sausage
Flour
1 c. cornflake crumbs
6 hard cooked eggs, peeled
1 lightly beaten egg

Divide sausage into 6 portions. Flatten into a patty. Light coat hard cooked eggs with flour. Wrap sausage around each one, completely and evenly covering egg. Dip in slightly beaten egg. Roll in cornflake crumbs. Place in shallow baking dish. Do not crowd. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until sausage is done. (I bake uncovered.)
