LIMA BEANS IN SOUR
CREAM-HORSERADISH SAUCE
 
2 pkg. frozen baby limas
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook 20 to 30 minutes, drain well. Just before serving, add:

3/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. (or more) horseradish
Salt and pepper
