CHICKEN CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE | |
Grease or spray 9"x13" pan. Layer ham (about 3/4 pound sliced) Swiss cheese (1/2 pound sliced) and chicken breasts (6-8 depending upon size). Mix: 1 c. cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. water Pour over layers. Melt 1/2 cup butter and mix with 8 ounces seasoned croutons. Cover above. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
