SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef or bulk pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti and drain. Stir butter. Add Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form mixture into a crust in a greased 10 inch pie plate. Spread on cottage cheese. In skillet brown meat, onion, and green pepper. Drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except Mozzarella cheese, heat through. Add to crust. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella and bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. 6 servings.
