ZUCCHINI SQUASH BAKE 
1 zucchini squash
2 tbsp. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. cheddar cheese

Grind squash coarse. Grind onion fine. Shred cheese and combine all ingredients. Put in a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with bread crumbs and sprinkle on Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
