MOTHER'S VINEGAR PIE 
3 c. sugar
2 sticks (1 butter & 1 butter)
8 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tbsp. lemon
4 tbsp. vinegar

Melt butter, stir in sugar, beat in eggs, one at a time; add flavorings, add vinegar and stir with electric beater until blended. Makes 3 regular or 2 deep dish pies. Cook at 350 degrees until set in center, approximately 25 minutes.
