LEMON PUDDING CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon Jello pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. cold water

Mix well (5 minutes on medium speed). Grease and flour 13"x9" pan. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. When done, remove from oven and prick all over with fork. Cover immediately with the following:

3 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. boiling water
1/3 c. lemon juice (2 lemons)

Mix well and pour over cake. Place cake back in oven for about 10 minutes or until lemon mixture is bubbly.
