LEMON PUDDING CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
2 tbsp. lemon extract
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
5 eggs

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 2 lemons

In large bowl, mix all ingredients until well mixed. Pour into a greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Icing: Mix 1 cup powdered sugar with juice of 2 lemons. Drizzle over warm cake.
