LEMON PUDDING DESSERT | |
CRUST: 1 stick butter 2 tbsp. sugar 1 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped nuts Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan, mix in flour, sugar, nuts, spread in pan. Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes. 2ND LAYER: 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip Beat cream cheese, add powdered sugar and Cool Whip, spread on cooled crust. 3RD LAYER: 2 pkg. lemon instant pudding 3 c. milk Mix and spread over cream cheese layer. 4TH LAYER: Spread Cool Whip over top. Chill and serve. |
