T.'S BAKED RICE 
2 c. long grain rice, uncooked
2 cans onion soup
1 1/2 cans water
1 stick butter
2 sm. cans mushrooms
Salt
Pepper
Soy sauce
1/4 c. slivered almonds

Mix all together in a large covered casserole and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees in oven.
