WILD RICE CASSEROLE | |
2/3 c. wild rice 1/2 c. white rice 1 can French onion soup 1 can beef consomme 1/2 stick butter 1 can Dawn Fresh steak sauce 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained Cook wild rice until tender. In 3 quart casserole, use 1/4 stick butter to grease. Add all ingredients plus 1 can of water. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. May add 1 pound lean ground (browned) or 2 cups cooked chicken or turkey. |
