CHINESE RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 - 2 lb. round steak 1 tbsp. oil 2 pimientos 1 can sliced mushrooms 3/4 c. sliced celery 3/4 c. diced onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. rice 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. water Salt & pepper to taste Cut the steak into small cubes and brown in oil in a skillet. Drain the pimientos and mushrooms and chop the pimientos. Add pimientos and mushrooms to the steak. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover skillet. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. 6 servings. |
