CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. water or broth
1 c. chopped celery
1 bunch chopped green onions
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 lg. can Chinese dry noodles
Sliced mushrooms if desired

Brown meat in large skillet. Remove from heat. Add next 7 ingredients. Put into large greased casserole and bake covered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Add bean sprouts. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes more. Serve over heated Chinese dry noodles.
