CHINESE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE | |
1 c. diced celery 1/2 c. diced onions 3/4 c. Minute Rice 1/2 c. water 1 c. each: cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger 3 tbsp. soy sauce Saute hamburger; drain. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered. Then remove lid. Add 1 can Chinese noodles. Sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. |
