NOODLES AND RICE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 lb. thin noodles
2 c. instant rice
1 can onion soup
3 cans chicken broth
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms

Brown uncooked noodles in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Serves 14 to 16.
