RICE AND NOODLES 
8 oz. extra fine noodles, uncooked
3/4 c. butter
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans onion soup
2 1/2 c. Minute Rice
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 can thin sliced water chestnuts

Fry noodles in butter until golden brown.

Mix remaining ingredients together. Add fried noodles and mix well. Place in a baking dish. Cook in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. (Loosely lay foil over dish if it looks like it's getting too brown.)
