BAKED SPAGHETTI 
2 med. chopped onions
Pinch garlic salt
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. can tomatoes
Dash of black pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Saute' onions and garlic salt in cooking oil until wilted. Add meat, brown over high heat. Add salt, stir well. Add tomatoes, pepper, chili powder and water. Cover pan, simmer for 30 minutes. Cook spaghetti according to directions on box, place 1/2 of cooked spaghetti in casserole. Spread on 1/2 of meat sauce, add 1/2 of cheese, making thin layer over sauce. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovering for last 5 minutes.
