ZESTY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli and drain. Combine soup, cheese, egg, milk, mayonnaise and horseradish and stir into broccoli. Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over broccoli mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
