ZESTY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 egg (beaten)
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. butter (melted)
1/4 c. cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Combine soup, cheese, egg, milk, mayonnaise and horseradish. Stir into broccoli. Spoon into a greased 2 quart casserole.

Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
