CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
4 tsp. butter
1 lb. crabmeat (back fin preferred)
2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. minced parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3 hard cooked eggs, minced
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Melt butter. Add flour, parsley, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, salt, pepper and milk. Stir. Add crabmeat and minced eggs. Place mixture in casserole and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake 15 minutes in 400 degree oven. Serves 5.
