CHEESY CHICKEN PITAS 
1 c. red, green or yellow bell pepper strips
1 sm. onion, sliced
Non-stick cooking spray
1 clove of garlic, minced
3 (1 1/4 lbs.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
2 whole pitas, cut in half
4 Kraft single American cheese, cut in half diagonally
Lettuce
1/4 c. sour half & half

Toss peppers and onions together into small bowl, set aside. Spray small frying pan with cooking spray; cook garlic and chicken strips until thoroughly heated. For each pita, half fill with layer of chicken strips, 2 process cheese halves and 1/4 cup of pepper mixture. Cover loosely, microwave on high for 30 seconds or until cheese is slightly melted. Add lettuce, serve with sour half and half. Makes 4 pitas.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
