LEMON LIT JACKOLATERS 
Quart (900 ml) lemon sherbet
6 oranges
2 pieces of black licorice

Cut off the top of the oranges and gently scrape out the insides with a spoon. Carve out faces in the oranges. Scoop small scoops of lemon sherbet into oranges. Place a short piece of black licorice in the top of the orange. Place oranges in freezer for a few hours and then you serve.
