LUSCIOUS LEMON SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. lemon sherbet
2 c. farmer style, sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple with juice

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Blend in sherbet. Chill until partially set. Stir in cottage cheese and pineapple. Pour into 6 cup mold, chill until set. Serves 10.
