MRS. B'S LEMON JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. lemon Jello
1/2 pkg. of miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) can of crushed pineapple
Chopped nuts and well drained red and green maraschino cherries, for garnish on top

Mash cream cheese in good size bowl. Add marshmallows and sprinkle Jello over mixture. Pour 2 cups of boiling water over ingredients in the bowl. Let it stand a minute then stir until cheese is soft and all ingredients are mixed. Add the can of crushed pineapple and mix well. Pour into mold, dessert dishes, or 9 x 13 cake pan. Sprinkle nuts and cherries on top if desired. (Great for Christmas!) Refrigerate until set.
