1 box spice cake mix 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin Combine cake mix and pumpkin. Stir until moistened. (Do not add any other ingredients.) Batter will be stiff. Spread batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve as is or top with Cool Whip, powdered sugar or cream cheese frosting. | |

This recipe is so fast and easy. Only 2 ingredients. I put cream cheese frosting on top... everyone loved it. This recipe is great to have on hand, especially for last minute dessert. It can be changed up into cup cakes or you can add nuts or chocolate chips. Be creative!
