PILGRIM PUMPKIN PIE CAKE | |
4 eggs, slightly beaten 3 c. canned pumpkin 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cloves 2 c. evaporated milk 1 box yellow cake mix 1 c. butter 1 c. chopped nuts Mix above ingredients in order given except cake mix. Pour into ungreased 9x13 pan. Then sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Drizzle 1 cup melted butter over cake mix and sprinkle with 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass pan) for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until knife comes out clean. |
